APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
- In relation to the operations of the company, the relevant legislation and regulations on commercial matters.
- In relation to the subsidized activities, the following legislation and regulations:
- Decree 36/2009, of March 31, which establishes the general regime of subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.
- Royal Decree-Law 5/2021, of March 12, on extraordinary measures to support business solvency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Decree Law 6/2021, of June 4, which regulates, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, the granting of the “Covid Line of direct aid to self-employed people and companies”
- provided for in Title I of Royal Decree-Law 5/2021, of March 12, on extraordinary measures to support business solvency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, financed by the Government of Spain.
In general, the following commercial/accounting regulations:
- Capital Companies Law, whose Consolidated Text was approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, of July 2, the Commercial Code and complementary provisions and the remaining commercial legislation.
- Royal Decree 1/2021, of January 12, which modifies the General Accounting Plan approved by Royal Decree 1514/2007, of November 16.
- The mandatory regulations approved by the Institute of Accounting and Auditing of Accounts in development of the General Accounting Plan and its complementary regulations.
- The rest of the applicable Spanish accounting regulations.
APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
In general, the following commercial/accounting regulations:
- The construction, repair and conservation of buildings and constructions of private or public works. New works of urban, industrial, urbanization, sanitation, water supply and earthworks construction.
- Consolidation and preparation of land, demolitions, demolitions, drilling for lighting or water collection by any system, being able to carry out additional and complementary works, using machinery of any kind.
- Foundations, paving, landscaping works and tree planting in streets, parks and green areas of towns and urbanizations of any kind.
- Complete execution of all kinds of works on their own account or on behalf of third parties and, where appropriate, their promotion.
- Real estate brokerage.
- The construction, promotion, administration, operation, acquisition, transfer and disposal of private tourist companies or establishments.icos privados.
- Advice and planning of all kinds of constructions, as well as the promotion, marketing, exploitation, purchases, sales, leases of rural and urban properties.
- Dedication to tourist activity, hotel and food services in hotels, pensions, hotel-apartments, tourist apartments and vacation towns.
- Wholesale trade, with no location limits, of tourist items, such as toys, souvenirs, textiles and native products, such as those produced, for example, based on aloe vera and other natural products.
- On the other hand, it is the objective of the company to sell wholesale consumables, chemicals and machinery in general related to the research and development of energy batteries, with no location limit.
